Mr. Ashish Jain is an accomplished and dynamic entrepreneur with a remarkable professional journey. One of his recent ventures is the collaboration with SOLIS-IDC, a South Korean technology behemoth, to set up a state-of-the-art data center in India. The project is worth USD 2 billion and is expected to create over 40,000 jobs in the country. His organisation GFPS is spearheading the negotiations and representations on behalf of SOLIS-IDC in India.
Another ambitious project that Mr. Jain is involved in is the establishment of a semiconductor manufacturing unit in Odisha by SRAM & MRAM Group, a UK-based conglomerate. The group plans to invest INR 2 lakh crore in the state, with INR 30,000 crore in the first phase. The semiconductor unit will produce memory chips for various devices and reduce India's dependence on imports. Mr. Jain and Mr. Sharma are also leading the discussions and coordination for this project with the state government and other stakeholders.
Additionally, since 2022, Mr. Jain has been the Managing Director of NAKSHTRA GROUP in India. In this position, he oversees the company's operations and strategic direction, ensuring its growth and profitability.
Furthermore, Ashish Jain has been serving as the Overseas Business Head at Ruchi Soya Industries since 2020. In this role, he spearheads the company's international business ventures, strategically expanding its presence in global markets.
Notably, from 2018 to the present, Mr. Jain has been the Vice President of SIETC (Seoul India Economic Trade Centre). Prior to his current roles, from 1997 to 2017, Ashish Jain served as the CEO of a Family Own Business. During his tenure, he successfully managed the manufacturing, exporting, and retailing operations in the Indian and international markets. With his exceptional leadership skills, he consistently exceeded monthly and quarterly quotas while maintaining consistent quality and capturing a significant market share in countries such as the USA, UK, Dubai, Russia, Iran, Uzbekistan, and others. As CEO, Mr. Jain played a vital role in hiring, training, and managing Inside Sales Representatives. Under his guidance, new product sales of garments and handicrafts witnessed consistent year-on-year growth. His active involvement in planning and attending tradeshows, networking groups, and various business events further contributed to the overall success of the company. Additionally, Ashish Jain proposed and implemented innovative marketing and inside sales ideas, significantly boosting overall sales.
